According to art. 4 paragraph 1, letter b) of Emergency Ordinance 131/2000 on consumer protection in the conclusion and execution of distance selling contracts, within 10 working days from the date you receive the products you are entitled to terminate the this agreement, to return any purchased products and receive back their price.
You have the obligation to notify the Company about your returning of the products, by any means of communication (telephone, fax, email etc).
The Company reserves the right to refuse the return of those products which by their nature cannot be returned or that can be degraded or damaged quickly, such as, but not limited to underwear or swimwear. The user will be informed on each product page if that product is returnable or not.
The company undertakes to repay the value of the product within maximum 30 days from Contract termination, but not before returning the product. By way of exception, if after product return we notice that it was damaged and can no longer be sold as new, the company reserves the right not to accept the return of the product. The company may also refuse to return the product if it is not returned in the original intact packaging.
Any expenses incurred by returning the products shall be borne by you. Consideration for additional services, such as, but not limited to transport expenses paid by you, is not refundable. Repeatedly returning products will be considered an abuse. The Company reserves the right not to accept subsequent orders.
